A week and a half ago Wendy got in the saddle of Blom’s Apart I.Dancer (Quattro x Jazz), owned by the Heuitink family for the first time, today she rode the KWPN elite mare with success on the show in Vragender.

A week and a half ago Wendy got in the saddle of Blom’s Apart I.Dancer (Quattro x Jazz), owned by the Heuitink family for the first time, today she rode the KWPN elite mare with success on the show in Vragender.
The tests at Novice Level (M1) were rewarded with 69% (1st price) and 63,33% (3rd price). “I believe I’ve never had so many spectactors who came especially for us! My mother was there, my father with his Yvonne, the complete Heuitink family… This alone could be a good reason to become nervous", Wendy laughs.
"For my feeling Apart and I rode two equal tests. I was very satisfied. Apart started off very tensed in the warm-up area, but confidence grew and she started to relax a bit. In the show ring she did very well. I noticed that we still have to get more familiar with each other, but that’s all training.”
